The students will have a quiz about 3D shapes on Monday.
Grade 4 students will need to be able to:
-identify pyramids and prisms
-describe pyramids and prisms
-classify pyramids and prisms by their properties (faces, bases, edges, vertices)
-draw and describe nets of rectangular prisms and triangular prisms
Grade 5 students will need to be able to:
-identify pyramids and prisms from their nets
-construct nets of pyramids and prisms
-distinguish between prisms, pyramids, and other 3D figures
